1. Your relationship with Star Island Sea Diving

You understand and agree that the specific services you purchase are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you also agree that we have the right to change, suspend or terminate any service from time to time, and we also have the right to add regulations, restrictions or revised terms to individual services, or restrict your use of some or all services without prior notice to you.
2.2 You may have to pay fees to suppliers for using Xingyu Hai Diving's services, and you will also be required to comply with the supplier's service terms. You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for these fees, and agree to pay these fees and comply with their service terms.

4.2 In order to collect your opinions and improve Xingyu Sea Diving's services, you agree to accept the invitation of travelers to comment through SMS, email or Xingyu Sea Diving Platform, and you can decide whether to fill in the traveler comments. After we receive your traveler comments, we have the right (but not the obligation) to upload your traveler comments to the relevant pages of the Xingyuhai Diving Platform to share and make public your service satisfaction and opinions. You should ensure that the traveler comments you provide are not misleading, and do not contain inappropriate, defamatory, threatening, abusive and other offensive words, nor do they contain your personal information or other third parties' personal information, or content that is not a traveler comment in nature, or other content that violates legal regulations.
4.3 You understand and agree that when you use the services of Xingyu Hai Diving, the traveler comments you provide, including but not limited to text, photos, images and videos, may be used by Xingyu Hai Diving, suppliers or users of the Xingyu Hai Diving platform, regardless of whether the traveler comments comply with relevant intellectual property laws and have copyright requirements. Therefore, when you provide traveler comments to Xingyu Hai Diving, you irrevocably agree to: (a) authorize Xingyu Hai Diving or suppliers to reproduce, rearrange, extract, modify, translate, create derivative works or use them in other ways on a non-exclusive, global authorization scope, royalty-free, permanent and sublicensable basis, including but not limited to the use of any media form and promotion through any media channels; and (b) non-exclusively authorize users of the Xingyu Hai Diving platform to access, use, reproduce, create derivative works or use them reasonably in other ways through the Xingyu Hai Diving platform for non-commercial purposes. However, your authorization will not affect your ownership of the information you provide unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Your commitment

(b) You shall not circumvent, damage or interfere with any security measures used to control the order of use of Xingyu Hai Diving's services, obtain or mine service content from Xingyu Hai Diving's services, or use Xingyu Hai Diving's services in a manner inconsistent with personal use.
(c) Unless permitted by these Terms of Use or other rules, you may not engage in, cause, allow or authorize the translation, reverse engineering, disassembly or intrusion of any aspect of Xingyu Hai Diving's services (including any service content available through Xingyu Hai Diving's services), or attempt any of the foregoing, or attempt to use any part of Xingyu Hai Diving's services other than the design.
(d) Unless we open the embedding method of Xingyu Hai Diving's services or service content, you may not use, display, imitate, frame or use frame processing technology to disclose Xingyu Hai Diving's services (including any part available through Xingyu Hai Diving's services) through other applications or websites. Except for some orders that will be established immediately after you place an order, other orders must be confirmed by Xingyu Sea Diving or suppliers before they are established. You agree to receive notifications of successful bookings via SMS, email or mobile app, and you understand and agree that the timeline for replying to order results stated on the Xingyu Sea Diving Platform is for reference only. You also agree that the time we confirm your successful booking may be adjusted depending on the actual situation.
6.2 Xingyu Sea Diving reserves the right to change or adjust the prices and fees of travel itineraries, transfer services, tickets and other travel experience-related services provided by Xingyu Sea Diving or suppliers at any time. The changes may be announced through SMS, email, website, mobile app. If you use Xingyu Sea Diving's services after the notification of such changes is issued, it means that you agree and accept the changed prices and fees.
6.3 You agree that Xingyu Hai Diving may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel any reservation or order that may violate these Terms of Use.
6.4 You agree that you must pay your order in accordance with the payment method accepted by us; you understand and agree that we have no obligation to process or execute your order before you complete the payment in accordance with the payment process instructed by us. Unless otherwise agreed in these Terms of Use, the amount of the order you have paid is non-refundable.
6.5 If the service you choose is provided by a supplier other than Xingyu Hai Diving, the supplier of the service will independently accept or refuse your reservation or order and be responsible for providing all related services. If you have any questions about the service content of the supplier, you can first ask the supplier to obtain the most direct information; but you can also contact Xingyu Hai Diving, and we will try to contact the supplier to seek a solution.
6.6 You understand and agree that any individual service provided to you by any supplier may incur additional taxes or fees depending on the actual situation, and you may also be obliged to pay the relevant amount directly to the supplier or the tax authority. Although we have requested suppliers to provide the latest and correct information on the terms and conditions of use, restrictions, prices, etc. of the services they provide, Xingyu Sea Diving cannot guarantee that all content displayed on the Xingyu Sea Diving platform is correct at all times. If your order is cancelled by the supplier, Xingyu Sea Diving will notify you as soon as possible by reasonable means.
6.7 If you contact us or the supplier to cancel your reservation within the cancellation period stated on the Xingyu Sea Diving platform at the time of booking, after you successfully cancel and receive our notice, or if the service you purchased is cancelled in accordance with the terms and restrictions set by us or the supplier, the amount you paid will be refunded to you in the same way as you paid. You can print your electronic voucher for use.
6.8.2 You understand and agree that you must comply with the additional use conditions and restrictions set by Xingyu Sea Diving or the supplier for the electronic voucher, including but not limited to: you must appear in person and on time at the gathering place designated by Xingyu Sea Diving or the supplier within the validity period stated in the electronic voucher, and submit the documents or information required by Xingyu Sea Diving or the supplier (such as: identity documents containing your photo, your order number, your electronic voucher). If you cannot meet the use conditions and restrictions set by Xingyu Sea Diving or the supplier, you may not be able to redeem the service content recognized by the electronic voucher or request a refund.
